methods. Richard has held leadership roles
within SAP Canada, including vice president,

to his tenure at SAP, he spent 14 years in
the software industry, holding a number of
sales, marketing, technology leadership, and
management positions. Currently, he sits as
Ontario Chair of the Information Technology
Association of Canada. |

Global Field Operations
SAP
April Young manages the first-ever global
employee education group for SAP, which is
charted to educate the company's global
field organization of approximately 9,000
employees around the world. Prior to this,
she was responsible for SAP Americas and the
SAP Asia Pacific and Japan ecosystem and
partner team. April has held a variety of
positions including product development,
marketing, and venture capital. She has more
than 15 years of technology and software
experience. |

Doug Weiss
Executive, Learning and Knowledge,
Global Delivery IBM Global Business Services
Doug Weiss is the IBM executive responsible
for managing the learning and knowledge of
IBM's global business services division.
Currently stationed in Bangalore, India, he
overseas the education development and
delivery for IBM's largest global delivery
center with more than 35,000 practitioners.
Prior to Doug's assignment in India, he led
a number of key education and knowledge
sharing efforts for IBM's Global Business
Services Unit. |

BBrian Launer, with Intel Corporation since
1983, has more than 25 years of diverse
training, organizational development, and
people-development experience. He is or has
been an active member in many professional
training organizations, and has led training
programs ranging from international factory
start-up readiness to implementing
alternative training delivery methodologies. |

Joe Westhuizen
Vice President Education, Global Strategy
and Business Development, SAP
Joe Westhuizen is responsible for education
initiatives, including learning on demand by
SAP, which actively supports the growth of
the SAP ecosystem. Before joining SAP in
2006 he established and owned the Education
and Change Management Company, which
operated in the Asia Pacific region. Prior
to that he worked for Chevron in the U.S.
and managed the change management activities
on the SAP R/3 project. |
